Questions about turbo install! *PICS*

Okay, well i made a car domain with the pictures, its at

http://www.cardomain.com/memberpage/815706

I basically wrote everything i need to know on the pictures.

In the first picture, i need to know what those lines are for, and if you could tell me where they go. Second picture is the same thing.

3rd picture may or may not be the o2 sensor clip, please let me know.

The last couple of pics are just plugs that we don't know where they go. Any help would be awesome.

The green plug goes to the rats nest cluster of emissions solenoids.

The arrow in the 1st picture pointing to where the A/C was, thats not the A/C. The A/C compressor goes on the driver side above (or was it below?) the power steering pump. Either way, it shares a bracket with the power steering pump.

The green plugs by the ignition coil in the last pic are supposed to be unpluged. Those are used when you troubleshoot. You can put a jumper wire with LEDs across certain plugs and find out is making the Check Engine light come on, or you can use it to set the TPS position. Thats about the jist of it, i haven't messed with the stock wire harness in a few years since I got the Haltech, but i remember that plug being left disconnected.

I think the white plug in the 3rd picture is left disconnected too, but I can't remember. I know there should be a plug over there that, when connected, bypasses the fuel pump circuitry and forces the pump to come on. Again, its only for troubleshooting.

Yeah, the emissions stuff is all gone, therefore thats just a useless plug right?

Thanks for the help so far. Those 2 lines are really bothering me the most right now.

Thanks alot for the info on the plugs.

I'm not sure what the 2 lines are. I made some changes to my previous post, so read over it again.

1) 2 lines are coming off the rat's nest going back into the stock TID eith 1 way check valves. If you removed all your smog stuff dont worry about it. The threaded holes are for the airpump.

3) Does it split off from the main harness with the BAC plug?

4) Dont worry about it.

5)not sure

6) test connectors that should be left like that. No need to worry.

3) Yeah it comes off the main harness. Im prettu sure its the o2 sensor though, as everything fits. I just wanted to double check.

#4 is for one of the selenoids on the rats nest, I believe it is for the ACV, the switching selenoid.
#5 looks like the AFM plug to me. I noticed that you don't have one hooked up to that turbo/air filter, so if unless your running a standalone, you do need that! The plug is alot shorter than mine, but if you have a series 5 then that would explain it. Like I said, pretty sure its for the AFM.
#6 Thats where the initial set jumper is located for setting idle and diagnosing, etc. I'm pretty sure that green larger plug in the pic there is where you can hook up a code checker. They stay unplugged, so don't worry about it.

If you removed the rats nest like you said you did than yo dont have to worry about those lines. they are for the stock TID or somthing like that but they dont mean anything now that you have taken rats nest off.
