questions about struts

after I get the j-spec into the car I am going out and buying some new springs and struts A.S.A.P.

right now the plan is to get a set of groundcontroll coilover springs
I think the recomended spring rate was 350f/225r (more on this later)

was wanting a good strut/shock combo to go with it

right now I am debating

KYB AGX
tokico illumina
GAB Super HP Adjustable strut
or koni yellows

what are the pros and cons of each and which one would you guys rocmend

as far as spring rates I am trying to get something that is fairly stiff but yet not going way too stiff since this will be daily driven
was thinking maybe the 350/225

what would you guys say would be a good comb?

I liked the Koni yellows I put in my 88 SE.
It was a little hard to put them in since youn have to cut the tops off the old struts but it was worth it.
They aren't like most where you have 3 or 5 settings. these are just turn as much as you want stiff ones.

I would think of buying them again for my 88 GTU.

Oh yeah, I had put them in the front only and kept the stock springs.
