Questions about block off plates, vacuum lines, FPR's, parallel fuel systems, etc
Hey all, this is going to be a lot, and there will be some pictures involved from other sites. This is a bunch of questions I thought about while blocking off and installing a lower intake manifold on my S4 TII engine. Any other forums or posts are greatly appreciated.
If my understanding is correct, nipple 1 is for the fuel pressure regulator. Now I am switching to a parallel system according to FC3S pro. (FC3S Pro v2.0:Â Mods - Fuel System) They have this picture which has the FPR attached to a vacuum hose, would it be this one?
The second nipple I am not sure what it is for, the line was long, and is now cracked. Please let me know where this is for.
- First off, what are these vacuum nipples for?

- Now to block off plates, I currently installed the EGR, ACV, and Sub Zero block off plates. I will not be installing the BAC valve block off. I am confused where the split air block off goes. If anyone can shed some light that would be nice.
- There are 3 nipples on each side of the UIM, is there a diagram what connects to these, or can I block most of them off?
- Some forums talk about a restrictor pill in the pressure sensor by the passenger headlight, what is this? Do I have to put something in there?
- Lastly (I think), Ive seen some conflicting things on where the PCV is. I want to install a vented catch can. Where is the right place to connect?

1. that is the FPR line
2. is an injector air bleed, it should get hooked up, i think it goes to one of the nipples on the intake.
