vacuum simpify questions

I did the poor man's non sequential conversion and now I want to simplify all my vacuum hoses. I have a mid pipe and a down pipe and I don't have an air pump. Do I have to get block off plates? Is there a way to yank all the emmisions stuff w/out using block off plates?

Get the BOP's (Block Off Plates). If you have a midpipe and no airpump, then you will want to block off your ACV. You should also block off your EGR regardless.

If you absolutely refuse to use BOP's, then you can simply leave the components attached with nothing connected to them. Just wire open the DT (Double Throttle).

O.K, I will order the bop's asap. How about the resistors. I went to radio shack yesterday and bought four 330ohm 1/2 watt resistors. Don't I need more than four? aren't there more than four solinoids that need to be pulled? Also do I solder the resistors or just plug em in? Thanks in advance, I did a search already but couldn't find answers to these specific ?'s

When I did the simplification, I put the solenoids back on the connectors without any vacuum tubes on them. I'm planning on putting resistors in soon, because the solenoids just take up too much space, but I haven't tried it yet. I immagine they can just be pushed into the connectors and wrapped with electrical tape.

O.K thanks for your help. Oh, I need to put resistors on every single solinoid connector? There's like 6 or 7 of em right?
