Questions

My temperature guage after driving is a tad above the middle between cold and hot. Do I need a new thermastat for it???

S5: 89-91 - You're OK.

S4: 86-88 - I'd still say you're OK but around 1/4 the way up is said to be normal.


2 things:

1) It certainly doesn't hurt to put in a new T-stat and flush the cooling system; just do it to be on the safe side.

2) Don't trust the stock gauge!
