ok i am new to the whole new rotary thing anyways i have a 1987 rx7 gxl i was wondering if there any other year model of the car that you can swap parts with?
also i was wondering since i have to replace the throttle body what kind would some one recommend for performance?

 

welcome, to answer your first question: you can typically swap parts between '86, '87 and '88 models (referred to as S4 models) but there are exceptions. Also, there are parts available from other years that would work for you as well. I recommend starting here:
