Question on using A/T Engine to Manual

Using s5 a/t engine to put in s5 manual.
I need to replace auto. flywheel and counter weight, to the s5 flywheel and pilot bearing and seal.
And replace the a/t engine harness for the manual harness.
Anything else???

Yes, remove the ring gear and counter-weight (Save the counterweight if you ever want to use a lightweight flywheel) and install a S5 flywheel. Be sure it's S5 N/A, there is a difference!

Auto cars will not have pilot bearings or seals, so yeah, install one..tap the pilot bearing gently into the back of the grease e-shaft. You want to tap it in ONLY as far as you need so that the seal will fit and you'll just have a little extra space in front of the seal.

Replacing the harness is NOT necessary, but if you've got a manual car that already has an engine harness, you may as well use the one already in the car.
