A Question For the BAC/ECU Gurus

Basically, here is what I have. AC voltage reading of 1.7 volts at BAC key on, DC voltage reading of 11.5 volts. I swapped out T801 transistor - no change. I pulled my ECU one more time, and I found about 60 resistors that were out of their tolerance ranges.

I am just looking for some advice on what to do here. Should I bother changing these resistors? Just gonna be a lot of work, and I don't want to do it if it won't fix anything. It's an S4 NA ECU.
