question on the apexi bov
hey guys i got a quick question for my apexi twin chamber bov.
car - 91 with a s5 jspec motor, emissions delete (kept bac and stock TB) with only the following hoses: map, FPR, and omp.
its installed correctly but it wont release any air. i have the two nipples looped to each other and the top one to a tee thats hooked up to the map sensor. on the replacement pipe that came with it, i have the big vac hose connected to the big pipe under the bac. is that incorrect? should i have both ends capped off? the car idles on its own and when i take off the hose to the bov the idle raises. also iv adjusted it both ways. it doesnt change anything.i got the bov brand new a year ago. has been sitting since. could it have gone bad?
thanks,
ricky
