ok im almost done with putting my motor back together, but im stuck on what goes on these 2 nipples.

on the left side, looking from passenger side, on the side of the LIM there are 2 nipples, one pointing up and another going side-ways i think.
what vaccum line connects to these nipples?
and yes i looked in the manual but i cant figure it out because they dont show that side of the UIM.plz help want to get it running today

 

comon some1 who has an na s4 go look at ur engine and see what they connect to plzzzzzz

 

is it the same for an turbo?? cuz sorry man i'd do it but i have a turbo

 

The one pointing sideways, is it pointing toward the fire wall, or is it pointing toward the fender? I'll go look at mine as soon as I am 100% sure what you are talking about.

 

the one pointing towards the firewall...theres really 2 nipples...
one that points towars the firewall, then one that points up, but they are rite next to eachother, i dont know what they are for.
but i got tired of waiting to see what they are for, so i jus pluged them, but im still would like to know if u could check for me.

sorry it took me so long. I was working on my car and its assload of problems.

Ok, I have 2 pointing toward the fire wall. One is bigger then the other. The big one, i have a line running from that to the vaccuum modulator on the tranny. Yeah, I got an automatic. The small one I have capped off because I removed my emissions control stuff. The one pointing straight up I have my cruise control vaccuum line connected to that.

 

ok kool, i jus plugged all of them, i have a manual so i dont need that an i removed my cruise control.
