k, i am looking at buyin a pair of racing seats, a driver seat and a passenger seat as a set. Is there any way you can fit the passenger seat to the drivers side. i only need 1 seat in my car and i wanted to sell the passenger seat to my buddy that would like to use it as a driver seat.....is there any way this wil work?

 

my car is a 87 t2 and my buddys car is a 89 na, please somones input would be nice

 

You mean besides the fact that the slide adjustment and the recline function would be on the opposite side? No. That's only if the ones you buy have those options.

 

good chance it will might have to bend bracket alittle

 

so bsaically its just the lean back adjuster is on tteh wrong side but other than they should fit in if we do like a custom bracket mounting job thingy

 

When I installed my racingseats, I left a write up on it. You have to modify your seat brackets unless you buy the right ones, which cost alot!! I will see if I can find the writeup
