Question about porting template (pics included)

I was porting my engine and noticed when I was working on the intermediate housing that the porting template didnt line up with the intake very well as it did with the other side. It aligned fine on two of the intakes but the intermediate is off and the front housing looks a little off also. Is this normal, should I try to work it to match up? Any suggestions?

Sorry, mine lined up perfect. I think it was a racing beat template.

Take your time my friend patience and worked it very slowly and just line it up and smooth it out, just dont rush it, again take your time and do it right.

Are you saying I should move the template out a bit so it lines up with the intake and then go from there or just work it so it matches up with the intake where it is now?

When I looked at it a little closer, the inner lip lines up with the template but not the intake portion on the surface.

I would line it up so the oil seal side (inner) is flush w/ the template.
