Question about modding an 86 N/A..??
What exactly would I have to do to port my engine...Would I have to remove it from the car?? Would I have to send it off to anyone?? I would like to see and feel the tach needle below the 8 grand range on my tach...I have these mods done now..I have straight pipe from manifold to Apex-i Dunk muffler, 5th and 6th ports wired open A/C and Power Steering removed, I have electric fan..I am about to remove the Air Pump..I have to buy the ACV Block plate first before I remove it..Do you guys have anymore suggestions for mods I could do to my engine that would give me noticable horsepower..>>?? I want to have a fast N/A and the only thing that is really holding me back is my lack of knowledge about the Rotary engine..I read all the post and see what everyone else is doing and I go and do it..That is how I have gotten to the point I am at now..I am running out of things to do so I turn to you guys for suggestions..Please help me out...Thanks..

You should really look into optimising what's bolted to the outside of your motor first (the stuff Sean mentioned) before you spend lots of money on the motor itself, otherwise you'll get little hp/$ from porting.
Note that unless your aux port system isn't actually working, there is no gain from wiring the ports open; in fact only losses. If it is broken you should look at repairing it.
