Question about headlights

How do you manually raise the headlighights?

I found a RX7 at the junkyard and I was the FTP lenses but I can't get to them.
Help please.

There's a **** you can turn for each that you can get to from under the bumper. The manual says to pull the RETRACTOR fuse before doing so.

Well, the battery and I think the fuses are already gone from it.
Where is this **** exactly?

you reach under the front of the car and feel for the rubber boot (if it's still there) that covers the ****. its right beneath each headlight. turning it manually raises the lights.
