Question about Fuel Cut Off Switch
Question about Fuel Cut Off Switch
I recently put in a switch which lead from the fuel injector fuse to the interior of my car. It was supposedly act as a fuel cut off switch...And right now I don't know. When I start the car the switch is in the on position (obviously) then wen i want to turn off the car i flip the switch and it stimulates a stall... I was wondering if this is at all like a fuel cut off switch or if i should just do what they say on www.iluvmyrx7.com cut the fuel relay wire under the steering column and put a switch there or w/e thanks for any help
The Spyder did a great write up for a cut-off switch:

using the injecter fuse as a cut off wont help if your going the anti flood route.. like iceblue said your cutting spark to, which kills the car soon as you hit the switch.. so when you crank with the switch off your not getting any spark to burn the flood.
