Question about fuel cut??

I do not know much about fuel cut so i wanted to ask this question.

when iam in 3rd 4th or 5th gear and around 4500-6000 rpm there is a jerky motion and the car is hesitant
does this mean that iam reaching fuel cut or is it a different problem. if it is fuel cut should i just go out and buy a fuel cut defender.

the only mod that i have done is exhaust

thanks for any help

I have the same hesitation on my T2, and I had it before and after I put on my RB turbo back... From my understanding, it's the TPS. However, until it's not 23 ******* degrees outside anymore, I will live with it.

my friend (2a+ron) has had this problem for some time...at about 4000 or so, his car keeps blipping. Two days ago, he got a fuel cut defenser and his car runs wonderfully. He has exhaust and intake. Sounds like the same problem, the exhaust probably upped your boost. Get the fuel cut fixed, good luck
