question about fan

question about fan

I accidentally broke a small spot on one of my fan blades. Can I still use it or will it cause it to not be balanced ? It's not a very big piece. Also if I need a new fan, are all the FC fans interchangeable? Thanks

The fan blades- the white nylon blade section- is interchangeable, the thermoclutch -metal center section- is not.
You could probably use a S5 thermoclutch on a S4 waterpump but not the reverse.

That is correct- S5 clutch will go on S4 waterpump (did it myself) S4 clutch won't fit on S5 is waterpump (again, tried it).

Fan blades are interchangeable, the S5 is repurtedly quieter.
