question about dual pulley

i just put a dual pully on my alt. but i could barely turn it by hand but the original pully spined realy easy and know the car doesn't want to start i'm guessing because it's to hard to turn the pully which is keeping it from starting. anyother insite would be great

I along with a few members here have had some problems with that.

I put the dual pully on an S5 alt. and it spins just fine but I put it on my S4 alt and it wouldn't spin hardly at all.

Had to just put a washer behind the pully to get it to spin freely on the S4 alt.
