Arrow question about coolant in v-mount...

I'm doing a bit of research, just trying to get every part planned out.

http://www.vividracing.com/catalog/g...i-p-23202.html

The link above is to a radiator breather tank, which i see as necessary... but why are there so many inlets on it? The pressure cap is right there on it, with the overflow, so thats nice... But i only see a need for ONE of the other inlets, not three...

That's not a breather tank, that's an expansion tank they are completely different and I would rec using an expansion tank. Here - go read this

Remember when you read - that is an EXPANSION tank or an AST.

Greddy calls it a breather tank... Anyways, thanks for the info. There is still one more nipple on the tank that's unaccounted for. I suppose it would be a good idea to run a line from the top of the radiator to let out air bubbles?

Doesn't matter what they call it.
So, are you saying you'd lube it up if greedy called it a vagina?

Greddy is wrong, plain and simple. End of discussion. It is not a breather tank, it is not an overflow tank. It is an expansion tank or an AST.

If I were to buy that particular piece I would route a line from the top of the radiator and one from the highest point on the cooling system on the block/waterpump/T-stat <-hint housing to the two inlets on that piece, yes. Yes to let the bubbles out. That is that pieces primary function, seperate the air as the coolant expands and flows.
