question about afr's relating to my setup

okay ..

im getting back my 88TII from landers tomorrow (thursday), as soon as it broken in im taking it to the dyno in nashville...

i have a few questions about desirable afr's

from what ive read so far im looking for afr's in the 11 range?
i want the power, but i also want saftey, if i lose a few hp due to a slightly richer mix, thats fine with me as i need this to last

a friend of mine suggested shooting for 10's for a bit of extra safety, ....
honestly i dont really understand afr's and the in's and out's of tuning, ive just read that 11's is where its at ..

heres my setup
88TII
TID (no cold air intake, the filter is right in the bay)
s5 jspec (like the jspec matters ) turbo /w ported wastegate
s5 jspec UIM & LIM
no emissions
Greddy type S BOV
dual alt pulley
racing beat full 3.15 turbo back exhaust
walbro 255 fuel pump / rewire
safc
TB mod
FCD

if i remember correctly, thats all ive done that would add performance

if i wanna tune for both power, and safety (its my daily driver), what afr should i be shooting for?
and can the afr #'s differ depending on gear/load (ie, 2nd WOT @ 11's, and 4th WOT @ 10's)

im not sure exactly how much boost it pushes currently as i dont have an aftermarket boost guage installed, but lets just assume im at 10psi

does anyone have a similar setup (surely), and can you post your afr's and experiences while tuning a similar setup??

any info would be helpful, and if anyone has any online reading that better explains tuning/afr's etc etc , please post a link, as i need to learn this ****, or atleast get a better understanding before i hit the dyno

thanks!

I'm sure 11's across the board would be plenty safe, I've seen ppl hit low 12 afr's before fine, but 11's would be safe.

I've never seen or heard of anyone running low 12 AFR's on any 13b turbo motor without blowing up eventually.

I wouldn't run much more than 11.5:1 under boost, but every car is different. I personally feel safer at 11:1 AFR's
