What the hell is this thing.
It's on the lim and has a 5/16's vac lin on it.

It's not emissions related. Its the Sub Zero Start system related. It can be removed. Free FSM is online on this site.

Yup A stupid invention from Mazda.

I think they even made a bulletin for their dealerships to remove it back when people would bring them in.
