Question about 88 SE with 15" rims...
Hey gang, I saw a 88 Mazda RX-7 SE yesterday with the 15" alloy wheels & 5 lug pattern. I thought the SE's were the 14" 4 lugs? Or was that the eailer models? It was a clean 2+2 model,pw sunroof, pw mirrors, cruz, AC, Security system. Or was the 88 SE a "Sport Edition"? Anyone else have one like that or info about it?
Thanks & have a great weekend!

I know that the 88 SE came with 4 lug 14" Bologna cutter rims, cause that is the exact year/model that I have!
Like he said, conversions are easy to do. Same with the cruz option or anything else that wasn't stock. Just plug it in and go!

Banned. I got OWNED!!!
Was it red? It might have been my friends old 88 SE. We did the 5 lug conversion to it, and it has 89-91 style GTU rims. IT also had power mirrors, cruise, and sunroof. He sold it to a guy from IN about 4 months ago. IT is REALLY clean, almost showroom, at least when he had it.

Its gold, with a maroonish interior...I wondered if it was the conversion too, If so, do they change to the 4 caliper pistons as well? (Hope so) I am thinking of getting it. Its real clean and a guy can't have too many RX-7's right?
