what year is the car it self? what year is the engine have in it?

what your asking doesn't make sense, your getting things confused. Series 4 refers to cars from 86-88 while Series 5 refers to cars from 89-92. All Turbo model second generation rx7s were called Turbo II.

You want to put a S5 wiring harness on a S4 motor? Is that what your asking??

sorry i have an 1987 13bt so its a s4 engine, but its called just "Rotary Turbo with intercooler" not a "Rotary Tubo II with intercooler.' i was just wondering if putting a "turbo II" wiring harness from an s4 would make a difference...but i guess this really just a stupid question.

You have the wiring harness that you are asking about. You have a Jspec intercooler, different writing than the stock one.

Your car is a "Turbo II", all 2nd gen turbos are the Turbo II models. Mazda named them this because they produced a 1st gen with a turbo....
