If you're attempting to turbo your vehicle and you can't figure out something as simple as this, you really shouldn't continue with your project.

As "simple" as it might seem, it's also a pain in the ***. The only places to tap coolant on these cars is at the heater lines, the radiator hoses, or the ones going to the BAC or whatever that doohicky is.

You'll either need to run the hose going to the back of the BAC to the turbo or T into it. The line to the back of the BAC comes from the middle iron or rear housing, forgive me for not remembering which.

For a return line, use the hose coming off the back of your water pump housing to the front of the BAC. Either do it directly or T into it.

Now before you call me stupid for listing the heater lines and rad hoses, understand I listed them to show how very limited the options are for the NA coolant system. Just figured I'd throw that out there before ya decided to call me dumb for replying with a detailed answer rather than a smartass one, like you Sonic. Give the dude a break, answer the question once, and he'll never ask it again after he's done it. Then the next time someone asks, he can answer for you so you don't have to be an ******* about it. Not everyone is going to know these things, and they can either be A) brave enough to ask here or B) dumb enough to take a crack at it, get it wrong, and destroy a turbo.

I totally agree.

If this person had actually read the FAQ and the INSANE amount of information available on this topic (and perhaps searched things like "na turbo water feed", "turbo coolant feed", "turbo water", etc.) the answer would be very obvious. It's also well coverded in the writeup on my website (links in the FAQ) and my original topic in the archives.

Why bother? You have coolant readily without having to dick around.

However, I stand firmly by what I said previously. This is simple basic stuff you should be able to figure out just by looking at the service manuals, if you can't manage that, you need to spend more time learning and reading.
