Quarterpanel replacement is how difficult?

Quarterpanel replacement is how difficult?
hey, i just bought an 88 GTU for $500, but the passenger quarter is crunched and rusted, only from the front of the taillight to the middle of the wheel.
how hard is it to put a new whole or partial quarter in?

need to get a skilled body shop to cut it off and weld a new one on...

Not hard at all when you have :
1. Plasma Cutter
2. Mig Welder
3. Patience

I have a good passenger Qtr for sale also
