Quaife LSD questions

Has anybody got any experience with the Quaife LSD? I am putting it in a car that will probably see 3-4k miles a years and a track day here and there. I don't want a loud unit.

The Quaife is a helical (aka Torsen) limited slip unit, the only time you will hear a torsen chatter is if you break a gear...

Pros: Smooth, quiet, doesn't wear out like a clutch type or viscous diff.
Cons: Not quite as strong as a clutch type, can't stop an unloaded wheel from spinning.

It's a great diff for street use and/or for road racing. Some prefer the clutch type, but it's mostly just personal preference.
