Can Anyone Help Me ?what Is Dial For And Is This Adequate,better.advantageous-compared To All The Others.?also Is The Diy Easy To Make And If So -is There An Easier One Besides The Robninette Style?

The dial purpose is for the diffrence of vehicles on what number it needs to be. Might want to check out www.hksusa.com

The red neck adjusting method:

Mark where it's set, so you can get back there.
Keep turning it one way then the other, with a WOT in 3rd gear test drive each time.
When you hit fuel cut, back it up a bit, it's set.

If that dosen't work, read the directions.

All FCD are pretty much the same. They all eliminate factory fuel cut on certain boost levels. I consider HKS is a very good brand, but there are allot out ther that can compete with?. If you do some search they also have DIY FCD's some even have a change of ohm's on the factory boost pressure sensor where it will caculate some reading causing the ecu to configure to flow a little more gas for the injectors. I personaly have not done this, i just bought the standard FCD everyone use's.
