Q? ABOUT injector plastic diffuser
Its a small plastic red thing that has a round thing with bunch of holes, looks like a shower cap. well this shwer cap broke while rebuilding. not the car it hard to start unless i put some oil in it or push start it then it fires right up. i wonder if i place new plastic shower cap, it would solve the starting problem.
The car doesnt seem to have vacuim leaks because it idles at 1k, i still havent worked on the idle speed.

The bleeds help atomize the fuel, so it seems like they would improve starting ability and idle quality (although your starting symptoms sound more like low compression and/or flooding).
I've read of people leaving them out, and claiming not to have problems, but I don't know how true that is.
If you buy them, they're expensive for what you get. They're available at this link (scroll down the page). http://rx7world.com.phtemp.com/catal...6_products.htm

Without the air bleeds, the injectors have nothing to seat onto. Vacuum leak city...
The secondary bleeds are no so important but I know that at least in the NA manifold, they provide a seat for the injectors to seal against.
