You answered your own question - there's a short in the system or your power window motor is seized.

ummmm, i didn't really answer my own question.......upon further ****** around with the switch, i found out that when i try to make the pass side window go up, it is trying to send a signal to the turbo timer for some reason........when i try to make the window go down, there is no type of signal being sent........it is really starting to aggravate me......so anyone else care to lend me their thoughts?

ok...upon even more messin around, i got the passenger side window to go up using only the pass side switch........both pass side and drvr side switches will make the pass side window go down, but only the pass side switch makes it go up.......the driverside switch is still trying to send a signal to the turbo timer.......really really strange.....but any thoughts on why it would do this?

have you checked where the turbo timer is picking up it's signal and where the window switch is sending it's signal? seems to me like yo may have confused some wires somewhere.
and I (along with Ted) am just trying to give you some insight, so if you want to flame, type it in, then hold in backspace for a minute or two before you submit it.
