Well I just got finished installing my header and pineapple 6-port sleeves. The car definately feels stronger, definately louder too Anyway when I was taking stuff off, I was expecting to have a very difficult time with the exhaust manifold nuts. To my suprise they werent actually very tight at all, they broke loose quite easily, as easy as the intake manifild bolts. They werent rusty at all, and everything was very clean down there. It made for removal and installation a breeze. Did anyone else have this too...or am I just lucky? Also my car *seems* to rev slightly slower than before, but maybe its just me. I havent really had a chance to get on it alot yet, I just took it for a 5 minute spin, I have a slight exhaust leak to fix, and my TPS needs readjuted, thatll be tomorrows job, Ill reply tomorrow with full details and impressions.

 

I recommend sacrificing a sheep to the gods, ASAP.

Haha, yea I was expecting a fight, I was really suprised when all of them just cracked real easy Anyway though, I took the car out today and drove for about 1/2 hour. Turns out I have a pretty sizable vacuum leak somewhere under my LIM, when I spray carb cleaner under there the idle smooths out. It sounds like I have a BP with the lumpy idle.(blah-ump, blah-ump,bla-ump ) Anyway the cars pulls MUCH harder than before, the gains from this header and pineapple sleeves and slightly ported manifold are definately noticable. It pulls through 1st 2nd and 3rd gear real good. The car definately feels stronger, Im very happy. I kinda have a little headache now....(car is loud ), but I dont mind.
