put front mount on now problems?

So I have a hybrid stock turbo. With factory top mount I was only getting about 6psi with boost leaks so I decided to get a front mount set up and remove intake manifold and turbo to reseal the intake. I found the coolant o-rings were bad replaced lower intake gasket and coolant o rings at the block, and also did the gasket on upper intake. I now get 11psi of boost but the car doesn't get to speed at all it's like it's being held back, choked out hard to explain. Any ideas ?

if the fuel system isn't at 125% then you are running excessively lean, probably detonating at that boost level and choking the engine from too much boost.

might want to put a cat on the car before you blow it up.
