Okay so i bought my 86 GXL that was what appears to have been getting a clutch job done on it before the mechanic didnt get paid by this guy and the mechanic appears to have run off with most of the parts including all the bolts so ive been gathering parts for it and am almost done getting it together. The engine feels good on it i can turn the flywheel w/ my hands (is this okay or a sign of a blown apex seal) i feel as if im getting good consistant even compression. The thing im waiting on is the starter that should be shipping tomarrow. I have everything else ready on the car. if i turn the key on and get it a good push start should it kick over?

 

If everything is connected right, battery fully charged.. it should be able to fire up.
