1st gear and second gear pull fine 7psi.... (should be higher i think but hey its a start). third gear acts like its missfirin to hell, i get off the gas then get back on it and its a little better but still not perfect.

heres the specs: 2.5" straight exhaust, TID mod, 10mm wires, 1200 miles on the rebuild, street ported engine, 550cc primaries, 720cc secondaries, FCD, s-afc (set at 0 for everything right now). thats about all i can think of.

Syncros aren't going to affect it once it's in gear.. Syncros are ther to do just that syncronize the speed between two gears so that it slides it smoothly.

like my TII misfires because i'm getting interference in the way I wired my EMS. Simple fix I just need to move some wires away from my alternator and plug wires to get rid of the electrical field that is disrupting the signals.

BACK ON TOPIC HERE.. it sounds like you're hitting fuel cut.

Which is weird, because you have an FCD.

Did you set the clamping voltage a little bit too high, maybe?

Yes, I agree that it could be hitting fuel cut, or even detonating? Youre going to be boosting more in 3rd than you would in 1st and 2nd.... so that couls be an issue..

how much boost? probably too rich with the 720's unless you're over 10-12

I have never heard of an SAFC being set to all 0's to maintain stock fuel map. From what I understand, the base map looks something like 0 -1 -1 -2 -3 -4 -3 -2 -1 0 or some stupid **** like that. Anyways, check the manual for the SAFC, because i think you might be detonating!!! and if so, KEEP YOUR FOOT OFF THE PEDAL UNTIL YOU FIX THIS. Or better yet, fix it immediately!!!

if it was detonating i would have blown that thing sky hi. i think the turbo may be shot.. given the extra load the turbo would endure during 3rd gear and higher.. does it slightly at the end of second (seems to be getting worse). i pulled the TID off and the front/rear shaft play seems to be about 3/8 of an inch :P

I am having the same problem with my N/A 12a Streetport!!!!!

I have changedback to stock timing and still occurrs.
Possible fuel problem?
I think it might be the coils.
