PS belt snapped and now car wont stay started?

I figure the PS belt is just for that, the PS.

It snapped on me the other night and after it snapped, I was able to get the car to start but it would only stay on for a second before dying.

Then after that, it would crank but no start.

ideas?

You're going to have to check all the wiring around the area of the belt. It could have snapped hard and broken/torn/whatever something out of place.
