Proper guage readings?

I'm about to buy a TII and the previous owner has an EGT guage, water temp guage, and oil pressure guage.

What are normal operating EGT's, water temp, and oil pressure? And what are the danger levels?... I coulda thought I came across a table or something but I don't know if it was on this website or in one of my Mazda books. But if anyone can assist, it would be much appreciated.

for me 88t2, cruising egt on highway---about 3k rpm i see 13-1400 degrees. Harder driving will bring about 1500-1600 degrees. Same scenario with water temp, i see about 180-190 max, but i have koyo and e-fan. Harder drives bring at most 200. As for oil pressure i have stock, so i reallydont know.
