proper AFR??

hey guys i was wondering whats the proper air fuel ratio on a n/a s5 i was looking at a wideband afr meter and was curious. i know it naturally runs rich and needs to lean out a bit but whats optimal? thanks in advance...

get it on the dyno and keep leaning out until it stops making more power
