Hmm, not familiar with this pretty interesting.. this line stood out to me though...

Yes but there is bumper and metal all up in the way. I made a Vented insert for them but it was not functional at all..

the naca design works because the 90 degree drop into the vent causes some kind of vortex that helps cause air to flow into the opening, people that try to round that off mess with the airflow
