Project...but is this motor salvageable?

It's been sitting for several years and the ports have all been open to the elements. No compression now so I'm sure the seals are all stuck down. Not sure about seals or anything. She's never ran in my posession. Anyone think she's got a chance? How would you guys approach it?

tear down is the only way to know what parts are usable and what isn't. there is almost always a few decent usable parts there anyhow so IMO it's always worth it to check.

well, I'd like to attempt to run it as is if possible...I'm going to go home and fill it up with either deisel or gear oil and plug all the ports. I've done that before to break apex seals free, but the motor wasn't as exposed to the elements as this one has been.

tearing down to replace all the internl soft parts is beyond my budget.... I could get another, good conditiona and running motor for less than the kit would cost...otherwise I've have a street-ported motor to slap in my MKI Supe project...
