i am new to tuning, so to me all the features are cool. But Elliot seemed pretty impressed by all the different options there are for tuning the fuel injectors. I guess you can have them spray based on crank angle, or position of shaft.

from what I've gathered, there are just an insane amount of input fields.
Lemme ask E what is so pimp about it, and I'll get back with a better list.

It doesn't look like there's a lot of extra wire length on thos injector wires. Are you sure there is enough slack to account for engine movement?

The wires aren't comlpletely secured yet. They still need to be wrapped and tacked to the firewall. So what you are seeing may not be a good representaion of the final position.

you need some more slack on the injector wires. look at the one on the far right...it looks like its being pulled pretty hard

So she is running now. One of the trailing coils doesn't seem to be firing. Hopefully we can work that out, I dont want to buy a coil pack just yet...

Ordered a k&n filter and N/A throttle cable the stock cable is all kinked and stretched out.

Car is running really smooth. The Elliot says he's never seen a rotary run so smooth with so little engine vibration. I guess the engine balancing paid off.

We put an exhaust on it. Very simple system. Its a huge MagnaFlow muffler with an exit before the rear passenger tire.

The problem with the coils was just a simple wire in the wrong place. Got some new custom leading spark plug wires. Since I relocated the coils, the wires were too long.

The car wieghs 2500 lbs. And that's with the spare.

Air filter went on smooth. The NA throttle cable was a simple upgrade and will GREATLY improve throttle response.

I still need a new alternator, and under-drive pulley and some type of wrap for the wire harness. And the care needs to be tuned under load.

That's it... And I'll have some pics tomorrow.

How'd you route the n/a throttle cable to use the TII throttle?

just run it through the firewall (stock position) and staight to the TB linkage. You have to reverse the butterflies on the back of the TB to make it work. I will get you some pics of it tomorrow.

Did you ever get your jspec throttle cable issure solved?

I haven't gotten to it because of school, but I do suspect that the cable might be snagged up somewhere.... It couldn't be a coincidence that the cable is just a little bit short

It's actually a USDM TII throttle cable.

the na replacement took about 1 hour. A friend of mine as had an NA cable for some time now, and his throttle response was always much nicer than mine with the T2 cable.

WIdeband is all hooked up.

Here you go MaxPayne

It required a little custom bracket to hold the cable at the TB.

New leading wires

Huge MagnaFlow muffler. It is really pretty quite with just this one, but has lots of bass. I may end up adding one more muffler.

Drove the car down the road, ran kinda rough, but everyday it's a little smoother.

Thanks for the pictures. I have one question: how hard was it to flip that piece the throttle cable went onto? Yeah, I'll have to fabricate a bracket in order to use the N/A cable.

you also have to cut the end of the cable that fits up to the TB and fit that up nice and snug. The throttle feels really nice after the upgrade.
