Problems starting when warmed up

Slightly odd starting problem. If I stop somewhere for a short period of time and try to start my car back up again, it cranks and cranks, taking almost a minute or so to start. This is when motor is fully warmed up too. Any ideas on the problem?

Try flooring the pedal while you start. Probably variation of the flooding problem (flooring in this case will work on an S4).
