Problems with Loose Exhaust mani. Keeps coming loose

Is it Remotely Possible In anyway to remove and reinstall a stock non header Exhaust manifold with the engine still in the car? I can get to only two of the bolts. the two on top are blocked by the port controllers.. Do they need to come off first.
And how would you go about it the Correct way. Without taking the engine out.

remove the auxiliary port actuators. you may need new gaskets for them.

If the manifold keeps coming loose, it may be warped. Check to make sure it's flat.

Also use the proper hardware with locking washers. You can get great copper locknuts at most fastener stores for this purpose as well.

Pineapple Racing sells the locking nut for the exhaust.
