Problems, and funny mix up. Help, maybe laugh at me a little?

So, replaced my plugs today and wires. My L1 was running to my T1 plug, and my T1 wire was run to my L1 plug. Hmm... I can't believe that didn't toast my engine. Compression is still good all around...

Anywho. So, I noticed when I start my car, it used to rev to 3k and then slowly go down. Now, it rev's to about 2.5k and then bounces down. Not a smooth drop in RPM, but a drop, then rev, then drop, then rev, until it reaches approx. 1.5k where it will sit and slowly go down until reaching operating temp.

So, what is failing? The warm up system?

Next, it has been 4k since I changed my oil, but I have always added to it to keep it at full. I have however found that the oil looks like it has gas in it. Could this be from leaky injectors? If I let my car sit for 2 or so weeks without starting it, it will be flooded. not really bad, but a little. So, that makes me think the injectors are a little leaky. Will sending the injectors to cruzinperformance and having them cleaned make them stop sticking open?

Well, thanks for the info. I am guessing the plugs being switched is why 85 Accords and Civic DXs were walking all over me....

turn the TPS screw counter clockwise a turn or two with the car running and see if it helps. if not then turn it a couple clockwise past the stock position. that should get it to a decent position, but you need to tune it to a voltage meter to get it exact. check out the FSM or FAQ on this site for the correct ohms.

mine were swapped when i first got the car and when i replaced the plugs/wires and connected them correctly i coud feel a pretty big difference. it idles better as well.
