Problems with engine dieing.....
Okay, I've read all the idling posts and engine dieing posts that are on here, and some are similar but I don't quite know if they are the same. Basically, I drove the rx7 about 6 hours back to my place after I bought it, and everything ran good, except the add coolant buzzer coming on, which I'm investigating right now by bleeding it. We'll see about that as time goes.
But the problem I have now, is when I went to start it the next morning, it wouldn't at all, and I had problems starting it when I pulled the egi fuses and nothing seemed to be working. Well, today I pulled the fuses, pulled all four spark plugs, cleaned them, then cranked the engine, then replaced the spark plugs, and the fuses, and started the car, and it started right up. I let it run for awhile, to warm up, and about a half hour later, I went out to drive it. It was purring perfectly. I put it in reverse, and all of a sudden the car kinda stuttered and died. Since then, when I start it back up, it'll die if I just let off the gas. I've held the gas around 2k-3k rpm's, and that will keep it going, but right as soon as i let off, it goes down, stutters and dies. I tried putting it in gear while I had the gas in, and it stuttered and died.
So, while I've read other threads, suggesting vacuum leaks, sensor unplugged, AFM, SAFC, and IAC, I'm writing this to confirm something I'm already afraid it is. When I took the spark plugs out to add the ATF, i didn't keep them in any order. I just read some posts where more than one kind of spark plug were used on a car, so I'm paranoid each one was supposed to go back in a certain spot. I know, you guys probably want to kick me in the face right now, but I'm learning slowly but surely. Anyways, if it is the sparkplugs out of order, could you please explain to me how to figure the right order out, and if its not, which of the fixes I named above would seem most likely for this problem?

look on your plugs themselves, if they're NGK they'll be BUR7EQ and BUR9EQ, right underneath that, they'll say L or T for leading or trailing, just match them up to the L1, L2(leading 1, leading 2) and T1, T2 on the wires. look on each coil pack, it'll say L1, L2, T1, T2 on them respectively. Then look on the block itself it'll say L and T so just make sure that the plugs that say L are matched up with the hole that says L and the same with the T plugs. i'm not 100% sure, but i think it has to do with the fact that the Leading plugs always fire, and the trailing plugs will fire at different intervals, under heavier load, etc...things like that...the timing is a bit different too.
there is also a PRE-MIX for the gas tank that sells at pretty much any autoparts store, which helps to keep the spark plugs from fouling up. they come in 12 oz bottles, but you only add like 6oz per every 12-14 gallons of gas....so only use it when you are filling up and know ur tank will fill up about 14 gallons.
