problem with T2 swap, wont start when warm but starts when cold

86 T2 swap into 90GXL, atkins seals, 550/680 injectors, upgr clutch, light steel flywheel, minor intake port, streetish exhaust port

wiring appears to be all done except we cant seem to find the hookup for the temp. gauge.

car will start when cold and u have to hold the throttle a bit till warm or it will stall. once warm it appears to drive fine but if you stop and try to start the car again after its warm it wont start.

gas tank filter and engine bay fuel filter replaced, new plugs as well.

any suggestions on what this might be?

Check your compression. Same exact **** was happening to my FB with 210K on it. It will start warm if you compression start it. lol I had to strategically park my car on hills when ever I went somewhere. Sucked. But ya, when rotarys lose compression, not really from a blown seal but just from wear, they do that. Wont start when warm. And if youve got new atkins seals, idk. Improper break in? Or installation?
