i already know this site, thx...

i've done a research on Apexi.com...

Although there can be many factors to this, there are three probable reasons for this situation.

1- During installation, the unit was either wired incorrectly or shorted. Electrical shorts can happen in an instant without any noticeable signs. Please be careful. Once the unit has been shorted, there is nothing that A'PEX can do to repair the unit. It must be replaced or purchased again.

2- Make sure that both grounds have been properly connected.

3- Although rare, the units are mass produced in large quantities and defects can happen. If the steps above do not correct the situation, kindly repack the unit with all original components and return the unit to the dealer of purchase accompanied with original receipt (Required to process requests). Warranty claims for electronics must be made within 30 days of purchase.
so i will go to check the secound ground, wish me luck

Try running it outside the car with a 12V source. If it boots, then it should be good.

one question left...

the cylinder setting in the calibration-phase...

should i take 2cyl arrow right up or 4 cylinder arrow right up!?

the manual only says 2cylinders and nothing about the arrow
this tutorial: http://www.1300cc.com/howto/how2/safc.htm says that i should take 4cylinders with the arrow to the upper right

As far as i know you should set S-AFC to 4-cylinder for it to work properly on a rotary...

The manual say "for rotary, number of rotors x 2 " which is four cylinders
