Have a custom drive shaft built.
or
Use a Turbo driveshaft and re-drill the holes on the diff input.

I heard that method is very difficult to get right (read: no vibration) So I suggest to go with the custom shaft.

Well yes I had vibration when I did it, but I didn't take it to a driveline shop...

But hey he wanted to know.

You could probably take the NA driveshaft and TII driveshaft to a driveshaft shop and have one made up. I suspect about $200-$300 would be your cost. The other option is to swap the rear end- IF you do this, get the whole subframe assembly, it's the easiest way- and can probably be had for less than the cost of the custom driveshaft.
