sounds like you have a leaking heater core

remove the heater core and find the leak, or remove the dash panel and find the leak.

or a water leak or poor ventilation to the front ducts, could be a number of problems. i wouldn't go tearing the thing apart unless i knew it was leaking. is there a smell of coolant inside the car? got puddles of water in the hatch area under the carpet? is the sound padding under the carpet soaked with water? does the heater even get warm or blow efficiently out of the front ducts?

is this moisture from the car sitting or does it build up while driving?
