Problem identifing this part

I was looking for an vacuume leak today and this part was borken. Im having trouble figuring out what the part is. Any help would be great. Thanks.

It's the Advanced Warm-up System (AWS) solenoid valve. For more information, download the factory service manual from one of the links in the 2nd Gen FAQ.
