problem with front mount intercooler, Oil neck is in the way.
Okay, I have a 91 JDM TII motor in my 82. Im trying to hook up the intercooler.
I have a N/A intake elbow for the TB. It wont clear the oil neck.
The only thing I can think of is to take the oil neck out, cut down the bottom a bunch and fit it back in there.
how do I get it out???

if that's the case it's possible to purchase a FD lower filler neck for say.. 26 bucks i believe from mazdaformance and that'll lower it for you.. I still need to purchase one to work with my FD UIM setup.

you can't cut the bottom off. as then it won't fit back in.
I think what people do is cut off an inch or so in middle of the bottom peice. they weld it back together. so you keep the bottom and top of the bottom pice.
