im my own opinion, the S5 tails look effn awesome already. that **** is just some ricer garbage, they might look alright on a white car, but on a black car, NO

 

Probably the only set of broken S5 lights that someone thought were Clears.......

That is a stock set of lights with the Cover removed.. What did you pay?

I would remove the whole "only clear set in america thing from your sig..."

Ahaha, ouch, poor S5 tails.

 

what cover the tail light lenses do not have covers. They are made of acrylic (DOT standards) which is injected molded. Sorry buddy no covers here or removed.

WOW no love for being different. S5's are cool but if everybody had them well they are....just ordinary.

RRTEC, not even going to get into the agruement about covers. HATE all you want, you either like them or you don't

 

the red is molded into the tailight you cannot "remove" the color magaically. theres a guy who took apart the s5 lights to remove the crystal looking shield from between the lense itself and the bulbs or inside of the lights so there no crystal looking lights, there is no color sheild thing. there molded with the color in them. i have taken a set of s4 and damaged s5 tails apart before... i even tried to scrape the "color" off. all it did was put scratches all over the inside. so there. color is molded into the lights. happy?

Ok you tools, I had a set of CRACKED s5 tails, I heated them up and removed the COVER (tinted/colored part) all that was left was the lights you have on your car, the clear part you are looking at is the internal part to your lights Probably with lexan overtop to make them smooth, if they are smooth. I hope you like them but don't go thinking they are some rare thing any S5 that has been rearended looks just like that.....

 

Now just sell them to another ricer and use the money to FIX THE DENTS IN YOUR CAR.

I'll never understand why people spend money to change the appearance of a beat up car.

Here's another set.. You have one of two sets of custom "broken lights".. They are broken s5's.. I hate to have offended you but you bought broken lights.... I bet if you rub your hand across them they have bars that stick up don't they in between the lenses.. Welcome to the world of misinformed ebay rippoff.

digisolo, I actually saved this car from the crusher. It had been sittin in a salvage yard untouched for 8 yrs. I finally got it up and running last month. don't worry paint and body is next. and frankly i just don't understand why someone would put a bowtie in any import car.
